A three-day Online STTP on Research Methodology was organized by Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally from 28-05-2020 to 30-05-2020. Rev. Fr. Dr. Mathew Paikatt, Manager of the college inaugurated the programme and Rev. Fr. Jacob Kodimarathummoottil, Bursar,  Dr. Z. V. Lakaparampil, Principal,   Prof. Tomy Joseph, Dean, Administration   and Prof.Toms Philip, Head of Department attended the function. The resource persons for the six sessions in three days were Dr. R Sridharan, Dr. V. Madhusudanan Pillai, Dr. S. Sunitha, Dr. Vineesh K. P. (all of from National Institute of Technology Calicut) and Dr. Abdul Nazar K. P. from Government Engineering College, Kannur. The training programme was focused on giving insight to faculty and aspiring students on various subjects like theoretical and scientific aspects, tools and methodology for research.
