Training Session on Soft Skills for Technical Staff
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, in association with IQAC and the Association of Mechanical Engineering (AME), successfully organized a Training Session on Soft Skills for Technical Staff. The session was facilitated by Dr. Meby Mathew and Mr. Jojo Saju, focusing on enhancing communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional effectiveness in the workplace. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants gained practical insights into building stronger interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration, and creating a more productive and positive work environment.
