The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, in association with the Training and Placement Cell and IQAC, successfully organized an inspiring interaction session for S7 Mechanical Engineering (2023–27 Batch) students. The session was led by Dr. Tom Sunny, Placement Officer, AJCE, who motivated students to step beyond their comfort zones and develop the confidence, mindset, and professional skills required to excel in today's competitive career landscape. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, students gained valuable perspectives on personality development, communication, interview readiness, and career planning. The session encouraged participants to embrace challenges, build self-confidence, and prepare themselves for successful professional journeys.
