The Association of Mechanical Engineering (AME) and ASAP Cell- Amal Jyothi College of Engineering in association with the Armstech Engineers pvt LTD organized an interactive session by an industry expert for the final year B.Tech students. This program was conducted under the category of “Date with an industry”. AJCE  joined hands with the the General & Higher Education Departments of Government of Kerala under the “Additional Skills Acquisition Programme ( ASAP )- DAT (Design Align and Train) scheme” to conducted a Skill Development Programme known as "Machining Technician Level-3".  The syllabus of this course included theory and practical training on Safety, Measurements, Lathe work, Milling, Drilling, Grinding and introduction to Heat treatment and CNC operations. The students of this course could find their job role as Maintenance/ Helper Technician in related industries.
