PG Admission: M.Tech in Machine Design

Stipend at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per month will be awarded for all M Tech students with effect from 1stNovember 2020, till the completion of the course or 24 months whichever is less. Students to ensure regularity and progress without backlog. ·          OR ·          Financial assistance of Rs 1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh) will be given to M Tech students to start their own company, at the newly inaugurated “Start-ups Valley TBI Amal Jyothi”. ·          Consultancy and technology support by the faculty. ·          TBI will also provide guidance and support for start-ups to get additional funds. ·          M Tech students will be considered for research assistantships and tutorship based on availability

T he Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering & National Institution for Quality and Reliability (NIQR) Amal Jyothi Chapter organized an online   Workshop  in CNC Programming and Manufacturing  on  8th January 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm . The session was handled by eminent trainers from Skyy Rider Institutions, Professional Training & Coaching, Jatni, Odisha. This workshop mainly focuses on the Different Machining process, CNC need, Different controllers in CNC, Fanuc Controller, Program format for CNC milling, and Facing Program Writing.   Association of Mechanical Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally in association with Institution of Engineers (India) has organized the second lecture in their Online Technical Talk Series. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Piyush Padmanabhan, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Next Big Innovations Lab, Bengaluru on 13 th November, 2020. The talk was on the topic “An insight into the Technologies and Real World applications of 3D Bioprinting”. Around 60 participants, which includes students, research scholars, faculty and industry personnel from all over India and across different engineering streams have attended the one hour session and had a healthy interactive session with the speaker. At the end of the technical discussion, the programme has been formally concluded with a vote of thanks from Prof. Roshan Kuruvila, Staff Advisor – Students’ Chapter – IE(I), AJCE.
