Industrial Visit to VSSC Trivandrum
Sounding rockets are generally launched from TERLS
monthly on every third Wednesday at 11 45 hrs (subject to change for any
technical reasons), for scientific purposes.
Department of Mechanical Engineering arranged a
Industrial Visit to VSSC, Trivandrum, which is situated near the northern
boundary of Thumba Equatorial Rocket Launching Station (TERLS), a few metres
from the coastline, St Mary Magdalene Church, lined with high-tech artefacts
and visuals, speak the tell tales on the birth of Indian Space Programme on 15th March 2017 with S4

Department of Mechanical Engineering in association with AICTE IDEA LAB at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering is proud to announce a Hands-on Workshop on 3D Printing for the Undergraduate students of AJCE. The program is conceived in such a way that the student, on completion of the event, will be able to: ∙ understand the basics of Part Design ∙ Exposure on 3D Modelling Tools ∙ Fundamentals of Assembly Components ∙ Overview on Additive Manufacturing and file preparation for 3D Printing.
